Alberto Arroyo threw away all his belongings and said, “You have to be able to be happy with nothing.” He spent 75 years running in Central Park, greeting, inspiring and just making people happy. I don’t think I could do that. He’s definitely a pamp.

I reflect every so often about things going on in my life and I realize that I’m a really lucky person. I’ve been able to surround myself with some really amazing people. Every time I meet someone new and interesting I try to get to know them a little better and figure out what they’re all about. Some people have taken a long time to understand better; others make you feel like you have known them your entire life. It’s mostly because of these people that I am leading a very happy life so far. I want to share that and give back or spread around more good energy.
I thought about writing this when I couldn’t find sleep last night as I was still feeling a rush from seeing some of my favorite people this past weekend. We’ll see how it evolves. I feel like this is going to be a little all over the place at first, but that’s how I am too so maybe it will work out.
